Priced out of the Meatpacking District, this popular Belgian bar and restaurant moved north to Chelsea, re-creating the look and feel of the original in a smaller space. The high prices and mediocre food haven’t kept the crowds at bay. The frites are limp and pale, and the pots of oversize mussels envelop the restaurant in a surprisingly unappetizing aroma. At least the beer—a fine selection of Belgian brews—arrives nicely chilled and in the appropriate logo-stamped glass.
