Pugliese chef Massimo Pino unveils this 74-seat café, open from early morning to late night. Individually sized pizzas (baked on imported crusts) are among the savory options, and Pino will make more than 50 flavors of gelato in-house, the entire process viewable on several flat-screen televisions via a live feed from the kitchen.
