This eight-seat crêperie offers sweet and savory variations on the French snack. The namesake Motek (“sweet” in Hebrew—the owners are Israeli) features roasted coconut, nutty halvah, vanilla cream cheese, strawberries and honey, and is finished, brûlée-style, with a blowtorch. Savory fillings run the gamut from wild mushrooms with Swiss cheese to roasted vegetables in pesto. For the bar crowd, the spot serves till 3am on weekends.
