Time Out says

Naya means “new” in Arabic, and this Middle Eastern restaurant is going for a modern look—white walls and backlit Phoenician hieroglyphics—with an accessible menu. Watch out for hummus and chicken shawarma, plus wines and beers from Lebanon.

Naya Mezze & Grill is a super stylish Lebanese/Mediterranean restaurant in the east 50’s. The décor is modern and clean, very similar to a trendy spot you might see in Miami. The restaurant is on the smaller side, as it only seats around fifty people but you do receive personalized service by the wait staff. Start with some delicious and creamy humus for the table to share. You can have your humus several ways, original, spicy, topped with minced sirloin beef or topped with beef or chicken shawarma. Be sure to try the halloumi cheese for an appetizer too which is a grilled, salty cheese from Cyprus.

Clean with friendly service.  Tad pricey with marginally decent middle eastern food trying too hard to be on the highbrow side of things.
