Food Network stars Pat and Gina Neely's first New York restaurant is a 220-seat Memphis-style barbecue joint. The husband-and-wife team, who also own a Tennessee barbecue chainlet with Pat's brothers, dish out down-home favorites, like dry-rubbed baby-back ribs, collard greens and pecan pie. But the menu nods to its northern environs with a few items like steamed PEI mussels with BBQ spices and New York cheesecake with raspberry sauce.
