The clue’s in the name at this brand new spot in Nolita. It’s all about noodles with pan-Asian flavours, with options divided into salads and those that get the wok treatment. That means you can work your way through a menu ranging from a soba soul salad (green leaf lettuce and kale mix with soba noodles, edamame, scallion, roasted enoki mushrooms, edamame hummus, crispy yuba and a miso sesame ginger dressing) to the wok-fried tingy tangy (udon noodles with baby bok choy, white kimchi, coriander, red chilli, gochugaru chilli flakes, crispy shallots and garlic sesame vinegar sauce). And if you want to go freestyle? You can create your very own dish – just choose your noodle and then start adding. The whole thing looks great.
