With a range of sushi and robata dishes, Omomo’s delicate offerings are specialized. A self-proclaimed sushi and izakaya experience, you can expect a minimalist, sleek interior and a contemporary menu. Chef specials include the likes of spicy tuna crispy rice, miso butter clams, rock shrimp tempura and duck breast sukiyaki hotpot. And in case you didn’t know, Omomo can mean ‘oh my god’ or ‘to gasp’ – which hopefully you’ll do after savouring your food at this Japanese spot.

The kitchen is managed by chef Charles Cho, who has a stunningly impressive background: 20 years of service in the culinary arts (including in Michelin-starred restaurants) as well as consulting for 10 years, and sushi chef Ogawa’s previously worked at famed spot Nobu (the Malibu, Greece and Switzerland outposts). Impressive credits, indeed.
