The team behind Osteria Laguna (and siblings Osteria al Doge and Osteria Stella) has a winning formula for upscale Italian dining. The spacious, sunflower-yellow space feels warm, even though it’s surrounded by skyscrapers and frequented by the business-casual set. The food, served on hand-painted dinnerware, is reliably tasty.
