The owners of this white-on-white, oh-so-chic Soho boîte swear the name refers to the open kitchen at the back of the restaurant, but a trip to the bathroom, with its one-way wide-angle views, might leave you wondering. Like sister restaurants SEA and Spice, Peep offers fusion food alongside more traditional dishes. Macadamia-crusted salmon has a curried coconut-basil sauce; the Face Towel Noodle’s flat rice noodles are stir-fried with chili-spiked seafood.
