Just a short cast from the U.N., you’ll find all the crowd-pleasers: fried calamari with marinara sauce, penne alla vodka and pizza Margherita. But the real bait for the tourists and local office workers is simply-prepared fish, such as grilled whole branzino with lemon and olive oil, or baked corbina in caper-garlic sauce. Meat dishes, like osso buco served over saffron rice, were less inspiring. In agreeable weather, ask to sit in the patio or on the upstairs balcony.
