Chef Philip Guardione launches this focaccia-focused bakery. The specialty is a Ligurian variety of the bread that’s stuffed with melted Crescenza cheese, with the option of additional ingredients, such as pesto. Pizza slices and Sicilian snacks including arancini are also available.
