Time Out says

Squeezing into this tiny eatery is as rewarding as ever, even if founding toque Mario Batali is but a distant memory. Chef Lee McGrath invents new dishes nightly—you might encounter tortellini filled with feta and asparagus, or aioli-brushed skirt steak atop tart baby tomatoes. If the à la carte options overwhelm, a six-course tasting menu is a steal at $50.

Tucked away in the West Village on the adorably quaint Cornelia Street, Po is a New York City gem. With an incredibly friendly staff and simple elegance, the restaurant is inviting enough to sit around for hours over [likely multiple bottles of] wine, well after the meal has ended. And the food itself is amazing. Seasonal menus prepared with thought for hearty but healthy, fresh meals. Definitely a neighborhood staple - and great for being amongst neighborhood locals.
