Popsicles are making a comeback: First, People’s Pops opened in Chelsea Market, and now Popbar debuts, with homemade gelato served on sticks, in 25 rotating flavors (including pistachio and licorice). The treats can be dipped, drizzled and dusted with various chocolates and crumbled toppings, like biscotti and coffee beans.
