Jason Wong has closed his vegetarian eatery, Red Bamboo, and reopened it as an American restaurant that serves meat. Carnivores can dig into comfort plates like buttermilk fried chicken. Vegetarians, take heart: A handful of Red Bamboo’s animal-free dishes will remain on the menu.
