This New Jersey–based steakhouse opens its first New York branch, a 75-seat restaurant in the East Village. The Korean-born owner reps his heritage by adding kimchi and spicy sautéed scallions to an otherwise straightforward menu of dry and wet-aged beef and simple sides.

The food was delicious! The vibe was super chill, not stuffy like other steakhouses. They have more of a Korean flare such as their pork belly appetizer, kimchi brussel sprouts! Definitely get the Dry Aged rib eye and the filet cooked perfectly and pair it with the salt tasting plate, all and all it was was yummy!!!
