Time Out says
Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.
Beginning as a simpe takeout window, this neon-lit hot spot in Elmhurst schills authentic Colombian street eats like towering perro hot dogs (smothered in potato chip crumbs, crispy bacon, crisp carrot-cabbage slaw, costeño cheese, pineapple sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, salsa rosada, and hard-boiled quail eggs) and icy cholados stirred with condensed milk, fresh tropical fruit, and grated coconut in a casual, grab-and-go dining room. The hamberguesas are equally as gluttonous, stacked sky-high with ham, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and two slices of American cheese (one above and one below the patty) plus potato chips, mayo, and ketchup.
