Time Out says

Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.

At this little four-table storefront, you can get hard-to-find koshari, the humble rice dish flecked with lentils, macaroni, fried onions and spicy tomato sauce. You can also order a damn fine meal of “falafel and more” (the “more” means a mountain of hummus or baba ganoush). Giant kibbeh torpedoes are served on a bed of rice tossed with raisins, toasted almonds and cinnamon. Despite the alluring savories, Pyramida’s reputation is staked on its freshly squeezed, frothy lemonade. Proprietor Ahmed Reda won’t give away his secret, but it has something to do with lemon zest.
