It’s appropriate that Quaint is located in Sunnyside—and down the block from a restaurant called Bliss. Thankfully, the decor isn’t as precious as the name. The eatery’s rather masculine interior features dark-wood booths and plank floors salvaged from a Massachusetts barn. Its menu focuses on seasonal, rustic New American dishes with quirky touches—hanger steak comes with coffee sauce and chopped peanuts, herb-braised mussels stew in a coconut broth. A small back garden and friendly service make the place seem all the more…quaint.
