A combo platter with white rice and a small salad ($8.50) includes three mains of your choice, such as butter-soft chickpeas, chunks of tender stewed goat or juicy chicken, all in fiery sauces redolent of cumin and other spices. Though the rice is ample, don’t skip the nan ($1.49), a top-notch, ghee-brushed rendition that’s both crisp and elastic, and ideal for mopping up all that sauce.
