Greenpoint’s cheapest Polish eatery looks like a hospital room, but the food’s far better than Bellevue’s. A plate of pork ribs with peaks of mashed potatoes and a side of pickles, carrot and cabbage costs just $5.50. A $5 order of two cheese blintzes—foot-long gems—came dusted with powdered sugar and a dollop of sour cream and applesauce.
