Acme alum Nick Curtin leaves New Nordic for New American with this 70-seat spot. Highlighting the wood-fired oven, ember-roasted dishes include grilled leeks with pecan butter, pork belly with charred scallions and a ribeye with black garlic and caramelized cauliflower. The space is outfitted with velvet booths, antique brass light fixtures and a marble-topped bar, where BondSt barman Warren Hode makes cocktails like the tequila-based Little Gem (strawberry jam, black pepper, lemon).
