Traditional Indian cuisine—including chicken tandoori and malai kofta (vegetable dumplings)—is the focus of this 32-seat Sunnyside eatery. Look out for the house-special nan, which is stuffed with fruit and almonds, cooked in the tandoor and topped with cherries.

An excellent restaurant, a neighborhood gem! We dined there 3 times since May 2013, and were very happy each time. The Tandoot stuff is yummy, the breads are superb. It is a quiet place, with attentive service.
I absolutely love this place! My friends and I really enjoyed the service and the delicious food. There are so many yummy options to choose from on the menu and the best part is, its inexpensive!
Delicious, authentic Indian food with great service and reasonable prices. My boyfriend (who hates Indian food) and I went there thinking it was still the French restaurant that used to be in the same location, and he became a convert--the food was amazing! Visit before it gets discovered!
Great food and great service. Some of the best Saag I have ever had. The restaurant is hidden from view from 2nd Avenue and really needs to improve their signage and advertise. I wish them the best of luck...a neighborhood gem.
