Simplicity is the theme at this bright, white-on-white restaurant. The kitchen stays focused on raw materials: Ripe cantaloupe is pureed into a summery soup; bright-green risotto is studded with asparagus and plump peas; roasted codfish is moistened with an herbed broth. The mix-and-match menu allows for a protein plus two sides. Likewise, desserts come with a twist: A lemon tart features a buttery, lavender-scented crust and a side of Earl Grey ice cream.
