I'm a huge fan of this family of restaurants: Lil Frankie's & Supper are amongst my favorites. I tried Sauce for brunch this past weekend and loved it. The vibe of the restaurant is very casual and friendly, with an old school, suburban, Italian Grandma's kitchen type decor that is very charming and inviting. The space also gets a great amount of natural sunlight. The brunch deal is 3-for-1 cocktails, which are a choice between Bloody Marys, Mimosas or a Prosecco Aperol cocktail. The staff is very attentive and the food is DELICIOUS. I tried the mozzarella starter, which was incredibly soft and creamy, and perfectly salted, and the Bolognese option of the Pastured Eggs Al Forno for an entree. This dish is a killer meat sauce + egg and cheese creation that I've never had anywhere else. I will definitely be paying Sauce another visit in the near future - I need to try the crispy egg risotto!
