Chef Ricardo Cardona opens his third restaurant in as many months this week, following up Gabbana and Casabe Bistro Latino with this Latin-Mediterranean restaurant. Fusiony dishes include black bean "hummus" with chipotle, sofrito and Spanish olives, and scarpina (a Mediterranean fish) baked in banana leaves.
