Oleg and Hannah Voss, the husband-and-wife team behind a roving schnitzelmobile, open their first stationary outpost. The 15-seat takeout spot will serve the same menu as the truck, including chicken and pork schnitzel and potato salad, plus bratwursts and salads. Desserts will be supplied by fellow mobile food outfit the Treats Truck.
