Time Out says

Stuck in the city but wishing you were at the beach? Make a reservation at this seafood-centric West Village bistro for a dose of sand and surf. Dressed with upscale beach clubs in mind—think walnut wood, white marble and custom-made benches—the 50-seat, navy-and-cream dining room features an ocean-focused menu. Start with small bites like salmon poke with seaweed and ponzu ($17), lobster-jalapeno mac and cheese ($20) or fried fish tacos with chipotle crema ($16). Entrees include a classic lobster roll ($23), truffled shrimp tortellini ($23) and beer-steamed mussels and clams with garlic butter ($24). Bring the seafaring theme into dessert with a vanilla custard fish bowl topped with mixed berries and pound cake crumble ($12) or just stick with the classic flourless chocolate cake ($14).
