There is italian restaurants everywhere in New York, but Serafina is a must. The place is really nice with brick walls and graffitis. The atmosphere is really great, the music is also good. The menu is huge with a lot of italian specialties. Pastas are delicious. Only waiters weren’t very sympathic. On a sunday night, it was like they want to get back home.

I only give this place 2 stars because the food came out quick & was pretty good. Aside from that, this place is not worth your time or money. I went there for a birthday party with a total of 10 of us there for a 7:30 PM reservation. They didn't seat us until after 8:15 PM because the people in our seats were "paying the bill" or "eating their dessert" - the manager kept telling us different things. When it was time to finally get seated, the manager was incredibly rude to the birthday girl when she was asking her questions. Eventually the woman compensated all of our drinks, but they weren't even worth getting. Not only were they small portions but they were not very tasty - the margarita tasted like it had fake sour mix in it. Don't believe I'll be returning to this location but the other Serafina locations in the city are (hopefully!) not as bad as this one.
