Chef Carl Ruiz executes a menu of Latin dishes, like arroz con pollo, ropa vieja (twice-cooked shredded flank steak with Creole sauce) and albondigas (meatballs). The sultry, 80-seat space sports crystal chandeliers, a black-and-white checkered floor and light blue Louis XVI upholstered chairs.
