The marriage of Italian and Argentine cuisines is winningly showcased at this midtown spot. White walls, exposed beams and rows of dark-wood tables create a no-nonsense setting for epicurean ingenuity. Grilled herb-crusted mozzarella with tomatoes and basil pesto is a twist on caprese salad; fresh spinach linguine is complemented by zesty grilled tuna, capers, shallots and red peppers. Meatier entrées come straight from Argentina: rich, juicy strip steak with chimichurri. Some nationalities were just made for each other.
