Chef Jamawn Woods, winner of America's Next Great Restaurant, opened this health-conscious comfort food canteen with help from investors Bobby Flay, Curtis Stone, Lorena Garcia and Chipotle founder Steve Ells—the reality show's judges. All three locations (Los Angeles, Minneapolis and New York) serve a menu of homey classics with a wholesome slant, such as baked herb chicken, roasted pork and whole-wheat biscuits.
