Time Out says

Thai specialties here are considered among the city's best— and the sprawling back patio is pretty killer, too. Distract tots from the gurgling fountain with fried chive dumplings and subtly flavored coconut rice. Like it spicy? Try ground pork–laden drunken noodles or whole red snapper slathered in garlic, chili and lime.

Great food in a great space! This area is generally kind of lacking in quality places to eat, so Sripraphai is a welcome oasis. The food is very good, but I don't know about the BEST ever. I loved the Chive Fried Dumplings! And had a stellar Thai Ice Tea! Didn't get to see the outside patio, but the fountain did look enticing! Great little spot!
