A former Oslo Coffee roaster brings single-origin brews to Bushwick. When the Williamsburg outpost he managed shuttered temporarily, Eddie Cedeno opened a ten-seat coffeehouse in his own neighborhood. Behind a reclaimed-wood counter, baristas operate several nerdworthy brewers—Hario V60, Aeropress and Chemex—and pull shots from a La Marzocco Linea.
