Ok, so this small restaurant on Eldridge Street is certainly no frills, but if you need to load up on some tasty Asian food for a low price, you have reached your destination.  Helps if you speak Chinese, which I don't, but pointing to items works.  I don't remember being asked for a drink, but I also noticed people bringing in beer from the outside, so I am guessing you can BYOB.  The main reason I stopped by was for the Spicy Beef soup.  It was delicious and filling, loaded with tons of noodle and beef.  The $1 dumplings were a nice app as well and they are hand rolled, in front of you, by an elderly woman sitting in the restaurant.  I think I tipped 100%, as the soup was so tasty, and cheap.
