The space that used to be Sushisay has been SushiAnn for a while, but we’re glad to say that the decor, service and chef haven’t changed. The deluxe bento, in a grand, table-hogging lacquered box, overflows with the chef’s choice of sushi, sashimi and small bites such as lightly steamed spinach with sesame paste. Raw sweet shrimp and puddinglike uni are impeccably fresh. As with its predecessor, SushiAnn flies in much of its fish direct from Tokyo’s famed Tsukiji market.
