It looks like a diner (aluminum siding, eggs and burgers on the menu) but it’s really a terrific taquería in disguise. The short-order kitchen doesn’t take any shortcuts: The cooks grill seasoned pork, goat, chicken, chorizo, beef or tongue and place the meat on a double layer of tortilla. Then they garnish with traditional cilantro, onion, lime and hot or mild salsa. The barbacoa (charred) goat is a fine specimen.
