Hell’s Kitchen diners can get a much-needed break from the Lincoln Tunnel hubbub at this serene Thai eatery. A lush interior—green banquettes, an alluring pool and tropical leaf prints—and a tasty selection of starters (they’re superior to the entrées) make it a fine choice for a bite. Powder-puff-shaped crab cakes are pillow soft and brightened by a piquant chili sauce, and a shrimp-and-fruit salad is an appetizing mix of grilled crustaceans, mango, apples and grapes, all luxuriating in a yogurt-mint-lime dressing.
