Time Out says

A fluffy layer of mousse—folded with bittersweet dark chocolate, cream and eggs—fills the Williamsburg bakery’s beautifully crafted treat. Nestled in a golden-brown pastry shell, the pie is crowned with a picture-perfect chocolate-ganache lattice, whimsical leaf-shaped pastry ornaments and a cloud of house-made whipped cream. $32 whole pie

How the entire world has not found this hidden gem is a mystery to me. Since I found it over the holiday weekend, I've been absolutely obsessed with Blue Stove. Everything they serve hits the spot - pie, scones, coffee, muffins, etc. - whether you eat it in the restaurant or take it home for later.

The Apple Pie is especially amazing - the crust is perfectly flaky and the apples are spiced to a T. Sure, you can heat it up at home and eat it that way, but you can also just take it right out of the fridge and eat it cold. (Yes, I did that and yes, it was still one of the best pies I've ever had.)
