Every day, Luis Garcia rolls his red shopping cart out to the same corner in Sunset Park and sets up shop. For two bucks you'll get a plastic cup overflowing with esquites—an addictive combination of butter-sautéed corn kernels topped with mayonnaise, epazote (a pungent, dried Mexican herb), cotija cheese, cayenne pepper and fresh lime juice.
