In this behemoth Bowery complex, clubland bro group EMM (Tenjune) installs a brash 300-seat restaurant, alongside their nightclubs Finale and Bow. Top Chef toque Hung Huynh—who heads the group's Catch kitchen as well—whips up nightlife-friendly fare: Asian-inflected bites include Chinese chicken tacos, pepper-steak sticky buns and Peking duck. Well-heeled revelers can slide into leather banquettes—the spot is spiffed up with red-and-gold brocade wallpaper, candlelit lamps and exposed columns—for yuzu-flavored tipples, before tottering over to Finale’s dance floor next door.
