The Greens (CLOSED)

The kitchen finds many ways to bring soy to the world. Specialties include exotic concoctions such as Festival in the Roll (an array of veggies in a thin soybean crêpe) and Three Musketeers (panfried soy protein, bean curd and seaweed). The chef plays around with a range of vegetables: meaty mushrooms and fresh spinach in basil sauce, or a succulent portobello-and-black mushroom burger. A good selection of wontons and dumplings nicely rounds out the menu. Our only caveat: Dishes advertised as spicy lacked firepower.
