The latest in haute dogs has arrived on Brooklyn’s Dumbo waterfront. Eschew the line for Grimaldi’s for one of these bad boys, lovingly made by weekend hot-dog chef Richard Mauro, also a partner in nearby restaurant Miso. The four varieties include the Texas Meal dog, topped with a chili made exclusively from Mexican- and Lone Star–sourced ingredients. Buyer beware: The cart operates Thursday through Saturday only.
