The Lighthouse Tavern (CLOSED)

You’re in for a fry fest: Order a basket of seasoned fries and one of the 15 beers on tap, then check out the Costa Rican bocas (snacks). Sample fried yuca balls stuffed with seasoned ground beef, fried fish served with warm corn tortillas, and deep-fried corn tortillas filled with shredded beef. Although the back garden (with a smoking section—take that, Mayor Mike!) is not huge, it is a relaxing place to kick back on a sunny day.
