Along with gluten-free items and freshly pressed juices, the menu includes a toothsome bowl of beet falafel and squash (with organic quinoa, roasted kale, cranberries, chickpeas, beet hummus, turmeric tahini sauce, turmeric almonds), a yuzu poke bowl (salmon poke, brown rice, chipotle slaw, golden beets, kale, avocado, sesame seeds, yuzu vinaigrette, pickled ginger).
