The Original Brother Jimmy's

Yee-haw! If all a guy wants is meat, ball games and blasting tunes, this string of faux-thentic Carolina honky-tonks can scratch the itch. Platters of tasty fried chicken, pulled pork and ribs (either spice-crusted or saucy) hit tables with a steady thud. Specials at this location—the flagship—include Wednesday Southern Appreciation Night where you can get 25% off with a southern ID and Sunday Rib Feast—all you can eat and drink in two hours for $22.95

If you haven't been to Brother Jimmy's yet, then you truly cannot claim to be an Upper East Sider. This place can get pretty crowded and noisy on a game day or Saturday night, so if you aren't in the mood for shenanigans, chose a less busy time to go. It is all about inexpensive drinks, and good down home stick to your ribs food at Brother Jimmy's. You can get things like fried pickles, hot wings, blackened catfish, several types of ribs, and pulled pork.  They've also got a fish bowl full of potent punch called swamp water that is not to be missed.
