Created by Chef Terrance Brennan, our restaurant is farm-inspired and features whole farm cuisine and the agricultural richness of the Hudson Valley. We are passionately committed to sustainability and supporting local farms, wineries, distilleries, cideries and all of the amazing food and beverage craftsmen of the Hudson Valley.

Tables of all sizes are available throughout our spacious, stunning dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and waterfall views. Guests can also dine in our adjoining cozy lounge, which is open year round, or on the lively outdoor patio, open Spring – Fall, weather permitting.

Our singular name represents several masterfully restored buildings that offer a full-service experience beyond just dining, including a boutique hotel and popular event space that holds up to 200 guests.
