This Aussie-themed restaurant is the latest addition to the group that already includes the EV and LES staples the Sunburnt Cow and Bondi Road. Expect a tip of the hat to the originals’ menus with signature items like the hamburger topped with bacon, egg, beet and pineapple, as well as new dishes such as the Sunburnt Calf Salad (barbecued veal with frisée, beets, green beans and goat cheese).
