At street level is a take-out spot that offers on-the-go bites such as spiced chicken burgers and deep-fried vegetables. Those in less of a hurry can head downstairs to the cavernous, blindingly lit dining room for a lunchtime buffet, or waiter service at dinner. The decent chicken tikka and beef kebab were smarter selections than the overly ambitious batair karahi (quail marinated in yogurt) or lamb in ginger-garlic sauce.
