My family and i just had an amazing brunch at Tio Pepe , i had the " bistek con huevos" it was delicious, and the service was on point,! our server luisa was excellent she kept our glasses full the entire time , we decided to have the unlimited brunch deal , MARGARITAS , MIMOSAS , AND BLOODY MARIE,, highly recommended , can't wait to come back for dinner ..
Delicious food! I had the hanger steak for my entree which was cooked to perfection- and shared the coca (which is like a flat bread pizza that was cooked in a wood oven AMAZING). Cocktails are unique and tasty and wine list had a wonderful variety.
Just visited NYC for the Christmas tree lighting and took a leisure dinner at Tio Pepe with friends. What a great dining experience. We had a coca (flat bread) appetizer to die for followed by a super delicious paella. Best I've had in long time! With excellent service and reasonable prices, who can ask for anything more!
Tio Pepe has been a Greenwich Village oasis since 1970 and we’ve been customers since 1975. Recent renovations have made this venue a perfect place for meetings and events. The solarium with skylight, brick walls and a rustic wood burning oven, offers privacy, separated from the main dining room.Tio Pepe has long been the best restaurant to impress our families when they come to visit. It is always a special treat for them and some of their favorites: Guacomole appetizer which is prepared fresh at the table, paella, fillet mignon and fried ice cream for dessert. It’s not just for dinner, we’ve enjoyed lots of lunches and brunches there, too which are all reasonably priced with lots to choose from. A happy hour menu has been added from 4-8 pm daily. It features $6.00 wines, cocktails, and tapas; best I’ve ever seen in NYC and it’s a nice stop with friends after work. With a friendly and knowledgeable staff, great food, and ambiance, we love it! It’s so much a part of our neighborhood and our NYC lifestyle, we recommend it highly.
Seriously nothing better than some Spanish comfort food. The tapas are strong - love the octopus when I can find it - and the paella is very good. Family-run atmosphere and solid service is why it's been there for. ever.
Just enjoyed an amazing happy hour at Tio Pepe. $6 drinks and $6 tapas. The Tapas were so good we ended up staying for dinner. You must try the hanger steak and the paella. Make sure not to miss the flan for dessert.
