Not even renaming it Monk’s (ever seen a little show called Seinfeld?) could conceal the identity of this staple, which has been in the Zoulis family for 60 years. (Pop-culture vultures: It was also the inspiration for Suzanne Vega’s “Tom’s Diner.”)
